摘 要:目的:研究痛风性关节炎患者血清Dickkopf-1(DKK-1)含量与骨破坏、炎症及氧化反应的相关性。方法:选择在我院就诊的40例急性痛风性关节炎患者作为研究的A组,同期在我院就诊的56例无症状高尿酸血症患者作为研究的B组,同期在我院体检的60例健康志愿者作为研究的对照组。采集血清并检测DKK-1、骨破坏指标、炎症反应指标、氧化反应指标的含量。结果:A组和B组血清中DKK-1、TRACP5b、RANKL、β-CTX、PGE2、sICAM-1、sVCAM-1、sCD14、MDA、8-OHdG、3-NT的含量均显著高于对照组,SOD、GSH-Px的含量均显著低于对照组;A组患者血清中DKK-1、TRACP5b、RANKL、β-CTX、PGE2、sICAM-1、sVCAM-1、sCD14、MDA、8-OHdG、3-NT的含量均显著高于B组,SOD、GSH-Px的含量均显著低于B组;血清中DKK-1的含量与TRACP5b、RANKL、β-CTX、PGE2、sICAM-1、sVCAM-1、sCD14、MDA、8-OHdG、3-NT的含量呈正相关,与SOD、GSH-Px的含量呈负相关。结论:痛风性关节炎患者血清中异常升高的DKK-1能够引起关节骨质破坏、炎症反应及氧化应激反应激活。Objective:To study the correlation of serum Dickkopf1(DKK1)content with bone destruction,inflammatory response and oxidation reaction in patients with gouty arthritis.Methods:40patients with acute gouty arthritis who were treated in our hospital between2013and2016were selected as the group A of the study,56patients with asymptomatic hyperuricemia who were treated in our hospital during the same period were selected as the group B of the study,and60healthy volunteers who received physical examination in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group of the study.The serum was collected to detect the contents of DKK1,bone destruction indexes,inflammatory response indexes and oxidation reaction indexes.Results:Serum DKK1,TRACP5b,RANKL,βCTX,PGE2,sICAM1,sVCAM1,sCD14,MDA,8OHdG and3NT levels of group A and group B were significantly higher than those of control group while SOD and GSH Px levels were significantly lower than those of control group;serum DKK1,TRACP5b,RANKL,βCTX,PGE2,sICAM1,sVCAM1,sCD14,MDA,8OHdG and3NT levels of group A were significantly higher than those of group B while SOD and GSH Px levels were significantly lower than those of group B;serum DKK1level was positively correlated with TRACP5b,RANKL,βCTX,PGE2,sICAM1,sVCAM1,sCD14,MDA,8OHdG and3NT levels,and negatively correlated with SOD and GSH Px levels.Conclusion:Abnormally elevated DKK1in patients with gouty arthritis can induce articular bone destruction as well as inflammatory response and oxidative stress response activation.
