摘  要:针对既有复合垫板存在不锈钢板锈蚀的问题,研制了改性尼龙66减摩垫板。该垫板具有良好的绝缘性能,不会与钢轨产生电化学腐蚀,可长期保持较小的摩擦因数;采用一体式结构,可彻底避免既有复合垫板中不锈钢板与橡胶垫板脱离的问题。经室内试验和现场试铺,改性尼龙66减摩垫板满足扣件组装性能及列车安全运行的要求,同时可以有效降低钢轨纵向阻力的增大幅度,防止垫板沿钢轨方向窜动。To solve the corrosion problem of stainless steel plate in the existing composite pad,the modified nylon66antifriction rail pad was developed.Such pad has good insulation performance,will not cause electrochemical corrosion on rails and maintain a small friction factor for a long time,which uses an integral structure and can avoid the separation problem between stainless steel plate and rubber pad in existing composite pad.Through laboratory test and field test,the modified nylon66antifriction rail pad could meet the requirements of fastener assembly performance and train safety operation,effectively reduce the increasing amplitude of rail longitudinal resistance,and prevent the pad from moving along the rail direction.
