摘  要:为保证客运专线轨道几何状态测量仪能快速获取精确的静态检测数据,自主研制了轨道检查仪检定台。该设备通过高精度伺服电机驱动,计算机程序设置检测路径,光栅技术进行闭环反馈,使轨道几何状态测量仪检测过程更加高效、便捷,配套软件设计界面友好,使用者操作简单,易于现场实际应用。检定台可以输入单点信号或振动频率在0.5 Hz以上的连续正弦波位移信号,模拟轨道轨距和超高的连续变化。通过支架系统的辅助支撑设计,使检定台稳定性满足要求。通过模拟轨道几何尺寸连续变化的检测方式为扩充和更新检测方法提供了一种新的思路。In order to ensure the track geometry state measuring instrument of passenger dedicated line obtain accurate static test data quickly,the calibration desk of track inspection instrument was developed independently.The device is driven by a high precision servo motor,a test path is set by a computer program,and the closed loop feedback is made by grating technique,which makes detection process of track geometry state measuring instrument more efficient and convenient.The design interface of the bundled software is friendly for the users to operate,which makes the device easy to be applied in the field.Single point signal or continuous sine wave displacement signal with vibration frequency above05Hz can be input into the calibration desk for simulating continuous variation of track gauge and super elevation.The stability requirement of calibration desk could be satisfied through auxiliary support design of the bracket system.The test mode of simulating continuous variation of track geometry can provide a new idea for expanding and updating the detection methods.
