摘　　要：目的:探讨镍钛合金环抱器在多发性肋骨骨折固定手术中的应用价值。方法:对我院2011年1月~2015年1月123例多发性肋骨骨折患者分别采取保守治疗(非手术组)和应用镍钛合金环抱器固定术(手术组),观察两组患者肺部感染、肺不张、呼吸功能衰竭等并发症及ICU入住天数、胸壁疼痛分级及持续时间、住院持续时间等情况。结果:手术组治疗后感染、肺不张和呼吸衰竭等并发症发生例数、ICU住院时间和总住院时间、胸壁疼痛程度和持续时间均低于非手术组(P<0.05)。结论:镍钛合金环抱器治疗多发性肋骨骨折,术后恢复快,并发症少,值得临床推广。Objective:To assess the values of nickel titanium alloy embracing fixator in the treatment of multiple rib fractures by internal fixation.Methods:123patients with multiple rib fractures were treated in our hospital between January of2011and2015by conservative protocol or internal fixation using nickel titanium memory alloy embracing fixator,and observed regarding the incidences of lung infection,atelectasis and respiratory failure as well as days in the ICU,visual analogue scale(VAS)of chest pain,pain lasting and hospital stay.Results:Patients treated with the nickel titanium memory alloy embracing fixator had lower incidences of postoperative infection,atelectasis and respiratory failure,shorter days in ICU and hospital stay as well as lower degree of chest wall pain and pain lasting than those treated with conservative protocol(All P<0.05).Conclusion:Nickel titanium memory alloy embracing fixator may lead to early recovery,yet fewer complications for patients with multiple rib fractures,and is worthy of wider clinical recommendation
