摘　　要：视频会议系统是各级地震应急指挥技术系统的重要组成部分。结合云技术主要特征,研究了云视频技术在省级地震应急指挥系统的设计思路和应用方法,在云南省地震应急指挥技术平台中建立了云视频应用原型系统,并对该系统进行技术测试,探讨了未来地震应急指挥云视频平台的建设思路。The video conference system is an important part of the emergency command and control system at all levels Based on the main features of the cloud technology,this paper studies the design idea and application method of the cloud video technology in the provincial earthquake emergency command system,and established a cloud video application prototype system in Yunnan Province earthquake emergency command technology platform And then we conducted a technical test At last,we discussed the construction of future earthquake emergency command cloud video platform
