摘　　要：对二级斜齿轮减速器的优化设计进行了研究。以齿轮的体积和箱体的体积为目标函数,建立了二级斜齿轮减速器的优化设计数学模型。根据齿轮设计计算的特点,对设计中的相关参数的规范化计算进行了论述。用C++语言和复合形法,编写了二级斜齿轮减速器的优化设计程序。对输入轴输入功率5.5 kW、转速为725 r/min,输出轴功率5.2 kW、转速为80 r/min的二级斜齿轮减速器进行了优化设计。In this paper,optimization design is carried out comprehensively for two stage helical gear reducer.Mathematical model is established for optimization design of two stage helical gear reducer,with the volume of the gears and box volume as the objective function.According to the characteristics of gear design calculation,normalization calculation of the relational parameters is discussed.With C++programming and complex method,optimization design program is compiled for two stage helical gear reducer.The optimization design is carried out for two stage helical gear reducer,with the input power of5.5kW and rotational speed of725r/min of input shaft,and the output power of5.2kW and rotational speed of80r/min of output shaft.
