摘 要:根据某火炮驻退机结构特征建立二维简化模型,利用FLUENT中Mixture多相流模型和网格动态层更新方法,基于流体空化效应对驻退机后坐过程中复杂流场特性进行了数值模拟,预测了空泡的发生区域,得到了内部腔室压力、速度和气体体积分数的瞬时分布并计算出液压阻力曲线,结果表明此方法能够较为真实地描述驻退机内部复杂流场流动情况,为驻退机结构优化设计和故障分析提供有效参考。This paper builds up the simplified two-dimensional model according to the actual architectural feature of the recoil mechanism and uses the Mixture multiphase flow model and dynamic meshes method to numericlly simulage the features of the complex flow field in the process of recoil motion,forecasts the area of the cavitation occurrence and obtains the internal chamber pressure,velocity and the instantaneous distribution of the gas volume fraction and the hydraulic resistance curve.The results show that in this method,the true internal complex flow field of the recoil machine can be described and a reference is given to the structure optimization design and fault analysis of the recoil mechanism.
