基于UG二次开发的管式饮料杀菌机换热管参数化设计

摘　　要：以饮料管式换热杀菌机换热管为研究对象,运用Microsoft Visual Studio 2013开发平台,利用UG的二次开发模块UG/Open,UG/Open UIStyler设计多样、人性化的用户界面,利用UG/Open API进行模型对象的操作,在分析换热管结构参数的基础上,实现换热管部件的参数化设计,快速建立换热管的三维模型。The digital design of heat exchange tube of tubular drinks sterilizer is investigated by making full use of the UG secondary development module of UG/Open,based on Microsoft Visual Studio2013development platform.Based on diversified and humanized user interface,as well as control user interface of UG/Open API,this paper realizes the parametric design of heat exchange tubes and quickly establishes a new three-dimensional model of the heat exchange tube.
