摘 要:研究了褐铁矿与石英的正浮选分离及铁离子的影响。结果表明:油酸钠是褐铁矿与石英分离的良好捕收剂,铁离子对石英的浮选有强烈活化作用,而对褐铁矿可浮性基本无影响。在pH为7~9范围内,六偏磷酸钠可消除铁离子对石英可浮性的影响,而对褐铁矿可浮性影响不大。以六偏磷酸钠为调整剂,在油酸钠用量63 mg/L、六偏磷酸钠用量90 mg/L、pH=8.5的条件下,进行褐铁矿与石英的人工混合矿正浮选分离试验,TFe回收率可达90%以上,且混合原矿的TFe含量由28.64%提高到52%。机理研究表明:铁离子使得石英表面电位由负变为正,促进了油酸根在石英表面的吸附。六偏磷酸钠消除铁离子对石英的影响是因为其与铁离子发生络合作用,消除铁离子对石英表面电位的影响。Direct-flotation separation of limonite from quartz and the effect of Fe3+on floatability of limonite and quartz were studied in NaOl flotation system.The results showed that NaOl was a good collector for the separation of limonite from quartz;and Fe3+showed strongly activation effect on quartz but less effect on limonite.Sodium hexametaphosphate(SHP)could reduce the effects of Fe3+on the flotation of quartz,but has no effect on limonite in the pH range of7~9.When sodium pyrophosphate was selected as the regulator,direct flotation separation of artificial mixed minerals was studied with63mg/L sodium oleate and90mg/L SHP at pH8.5.The recovery of limonite was beyond90%,and the content of TFe reached52%.Mechanism study results showed that zeta potentials of quartz changed from negative to positive,and the electrostatic adsorption of Ol-on the surface of quartz was enhanced when Fe3+was adsorbed on quartz.The complex reaction of SHP with Fe3+on quartz surface contributed to eliminating the Fe3+effect on zeta potentials of quartz as well as its floatability.
