摘 要:对某选厂含WO_3 7.24%、BaO 1.21%的白钨粗精矿进行了精选提质试验研究。在确定最佳条件后用彼得罗夫法加温精选,得到了WO_3品位为37.79%、回收率71.80%的白钨精矿。该精矿含有20%左右的重晶石,以硫酸作为重晶石抑制剂进行钨钡分离,得到了WO_3品位为62.06%的白钨矿精矿,回收率为65.61%,但实际生产中需解决酸对浮选设备的腐蚀问题。The scheelite rough concentrate of a dressing plant contains77.24%WO3and1.21%BaO.After determining the optimal conditions,a concentrate assaying37.79%WO3with a recovery of71.80%was successfully obtained by Petrov heating concentration.Due to the concentrate still contained20%barite,the separation of scheelite and barite was conducted using sulfate acid as the depressant of barite.Finally,the WO3grade and recovery of the scheelite concentrate were62.06%and65.61%,respectively.In addition,the acid corrosion of flotation equipment should be concerned in practical production.
