摘  要:采用焙烧—水浸联合工艺从某含铷和锂的云母粗精矿中浸出铷和锂,主要考察了氯化物添加剂用量、焙烧温度、焙烧时间、浸出温度、浸出时间等因素对铷和锂浸出效果的影响。确定的最佳工艺参数为:氯化物添加剂用量为原矿质量的90%、焙烧时间1.5 h、焙烧温度950℃、浸出温度30℃(室温)、浸出时间1.5h,在最佳工艺参数条件下,铷浸出率大于95%,锂浸出率大于90%,浸出效果较好。This paper investigated leaching rubidium and lithium from a mica rough concentrate by roasting-water leaching combined process.The effects of additives dosage,roasting temperature,roasting time,leaching temperature and leaching time on leaching rates of rubidium and lithium were studied.As a result,the optimal process parameters were determined as additives dose of90%(w.t)ore,roasting temperature of950℃,roasting time of1.5h,leaching temperature of30℃and leaching time of1.5h.Under these conditions,the leaching rates of rubidium and lithium were larger than95%and90%,respectively.
