摘 要:采用传统固相法制备了半导的(1-x)BaTiO_3-xLa_2O_3陶瓷,将其中PTC性能最优异的组分按照一定的摩尔浓度添加到Na_(0.5)Bi_(0.5)TiO_3中,制得了半导的(1-y)Na_(0.5)Bi_(0.5)TiO_3-yBaTiO_3陶瓷.采用XRD,介温测试仪,阻温特性测试仪对所制备陶瓷样品的结构、介电性能和PTC性能进行了分析.研究结果表明:当x=0.002 2时,在空气中烧结的BT陶瓷样品具有较低的室温电阻率(2.2×10~2Ω·cm)、较高的居里温度(118.3℃)和明显的PTC效应(ρ_(max)/ρ_(min)=10~3);当y=0.4时,NBT陶瓷具有较高的居里温度(240.3℃)和较低的室温电阻率(7.7×10~7Ω·cm),有望应用于PTC领域中.The semiconducting(1x)BaTiO3xLa2O3ceramic was prepared by using the traditional solid state reaction and through the test to determine the performance of the most excellent components.On this basis,the(1y)Na0.5Bi0.5TiO3yBaTiO3semiconductor ceramics were prepared.The structure,dielectric properties and PTC properties of the prepared ceramic samples were analyzed by X ray diffraction(XRD),impedance spectroscopy and the temperature dependence of resistivity.The results show that the BaTiO3ceramic sample could obtain good PTC effect(蟻max/蟻min=103),low room temperature resistivity(蟻RT^2.2脳102惟路cm)and high Curie temperature(TC^118.3鈩?when x=0.0022.The NBT based ceramics could obtain low蟻RT(7.7脳107惟路cm)and high Curie temperature(240.3鈩?when y=0.4,which is expected to be used in the PTC field.
