摘 要:采用研磨法,按质量比(人造石墨∶导电剂∶粘结剂=8∶1∶1)分别制备了导电剂为炭黑类SP和石墨类KS-6两种电池,同时按质量比(纯人造石墨或两种导电剂∶粘结剂=9∶1)分别制备了纯人造石墨、纯导电剂SP及纯KS-6三种电池.分别通过电子扫描显微镜(SEM)、蓝电测试系统及电化学工作站对以上五种电池的电极形貌、电池的比容量、循环稳定性及电化学阻抗进行了表征.研究发现,炭黑类导电剂SP在维持石墨电极导电性、电池循环稳定性及降低电池电阻上性能优于石墨类导电剂KS-6.以炭黑类导电剂SP组装的电池具有358.1mAh/g的首次放电比容量和75.59%的首次库仑效率,150次循环后,可逆比容量保持在416.5mAh/g.By the method of grinding,according to the mass ratio(artificial graphite鈭禼onductive agent鈭禸inder:=8鈭?鈭?)were prepared by the conductive agent is carbon black SP and graphite KS6two kinds of batteries.At the same time,according to the mass ratio(pure artificial graphite or two kinds of conductive agent鈭禸inder=9鈭?)were prepared by the pure artificial graphite,pure conductive agent SP and pure KS6three kinds of batteries.The electrode morphology,specific capacity,cycle stability and electrochemical impedance of the five kinds of batteries were characterized by electron scanning microscope(SEM),blue light test system and electrochemical workstation respectively.It is found that the carbon black conductive agent SP is superior to graphite conductive agent in maintaining the conductivity of the electrode,the cycle stability of the battery and reducing the resistance of the battery KS6.The battery assembled with carbon black conductive agent SP has the first discharge specific capacity of358.1mAh/g and the first coulombic efficiency of75.59%,the reversible specific capacity still maintains at416.5mAh/g after150cycles.
