摘　　要：为了解决海洋钻井隔水管张紧器试验难的问题,同时也为了有效验证国产隔水管张紧器的可靠性,开展了隔水管张紧器试验的研究工作。重点分析了隔水管张紧器钢丝绳的速度和张力,确定了试验方案,并借用现有的陆地钻井设备设计了一套试验装置,模拟了升沉运动,实现了隔水管张紧器的动载试验。动载试验结果表明:试验占用空间小,成本低,效果理想,完全满足200K钢丝绳式隔水管张紧器的试验要求。建立的隔水管张紧器试验方法为打破国外技术垄断、实现高端石油钻采设备的国产化奠定了基础。In order to address the difficult of offshore drilling riser tensioner testing and to verify the reliability of domestic riser tensioner,the testing of riser tensioner has been carried out.Analyses on the speed and tension force of the wire rope of the riser tensioner have been focused.The test scheme has been established.A set of test equipment has been designed using the existing land drilling equipment to simulate the heaving movement,thus realizing the dynamic load test of the riser tensioner.The results of dynamic load test show that the test has a small footprint,low cost and satisfactory performance,meeting the test requirements of200K wire rope riser tensioner.The established riser tensioner test method lays the foundation for breaking the monopoly of foreign technology and localization of high-end drilling and production equipment.
