摘 要:为了准确预测海上大斜度井井筒结蜡剖面规律,选取有效的清防蜡工艺,基于井筒动态结蜡机理和现有模拟蜡沉积试验装置的优点,设计了一套模拟大斜度油井实际生产过程中油井井筒内壁动态结蜡规律的试验装置。该试验装置装配了3路高精度温度控制系统,测试井筒段可更换,井筒倾斜角多级调控,配备了高精度超声波测厚装置,研发了配套数据监控及绘图软件。在渤海某油田A01的现场试验中,当井筒流体温度低于析蜡点温度时,井筒内开始出现蜡沉积现象,沿井底至井口方向,井筒结蜡厚度呈现先增大后减小的趋势,在井筒某一深度处存在最大值。该试验装置与实际状况匹配度高,易操作且数据处理便捷,可为建立适用于海上油田大斜度油井结蜡预测模型研究提供数据支持。In order to accurately predict the law of wax deposition in offshore highly deviated well and select an effective wax cleaning and prevention technology,based on the dynamic wax deposition mechanism and the advantages of existing wax deposition simulation device,a set of simulation device for dynamic wellbore wax deposition in highly deviated oil well has been designed.The test device was equipped with three-way high-precision temperature control system and high-precision ultrasonic thickness measurement device,with replaceable test wellbore and multilevel adjustment of the well inclination.The supporting data monitoring and mapping software have also been developed.In the field test of Well A01in Bohai Oilfield,the thickness of wax in the wellbore increased first and then decreased along the bottomhole to the wellhead,and there was a maximum point at a certain depth of the wellbore.The test device is highly matched with the actual situation,and is easy to operate and has a convenient data processing,which can provide data for the research on the prediction model of wax deposition in the highly deviated oil well in offshore oilfield.
