大学生入党培训现状调查及其对策探究——以赣南医学院为例

摘　　要：通过对赣南医学院222位学生进行问卷调查、个别访谈,结果显示该校入党培训工作总体效果较好,对于端正学生入党动机、提升思想水平有一定的积极作用。但培训师资的教学水平不容乐观,教学方式、考核方式也有待改善。从而提出高校可通过完善培训环节、开展分层分类培训、加强师资培训、构建考核体系和后续跟踪考察制度等方式,进一步提升学生入党培训工作的质量。The questionnaire survey of222students and some individual interviews in Gannan Medical University showed that school party training work have a overall good effect.The training work has played certain positive role in correcting the students'motivation to join the party and enhancing the ideological level.However,the teaching level of training teachers is not optimistic,and the teaching methods and assessment methods need to be improved.It is suggested that colleges and universities can improve the quality of training for students to join the party through improving training links,carrying out hierarchical classification training,strengthening teacher training,building assessment system and follow up tracking system.
