摘　　要：采用垃圾筛分资源化和输氧抽气治理技术对非正规垃圾填埋场治理项目重要工程节点和治理效果进行监管和评估,规范治理工作程序,推进治理进度,确保工程质量,并为政府资金的使用提供管理依据和技术支撑。The important joints of the governance project for informal landfill were regulated and its treatment effect was evaluated by the technologies of waste screening resourcefully,oxygen pumping and gas extraction.We also standardized work procedures and promoted the process to ensure the quality,and provided management basis and technical support for the use of government funds.
