摘　　要：对北京西站地区5座公厕进行人流统计和分析,探讨西站地区公厕厕位数量不足、男女厕位比例不合理、厕位设计缺乏人性化以及指示、引导标识不明显的问题,针对这些问题提出了解决方案。We made analysis and statistics of human traffic about five public toilets in Beijing west railway station.And we discussed problems of lacking public toilets,the irrational proportion of male and female toilets,short of humanization design,confusing fingerpost.The corresponding solutions were put forward.
