重组人干扰素α-2b喷雾剂治疗疱疹性咽峡炎患儿疗效观察

摘　　要：目的评价重组人干扰素α-2b喷雾剂对疱疹性咽峡炎患儿的疗效和安全性,为儿科合理用药提供科学依据。方法选取2015年9月至12月在湖南省儿童医院、中南大学湘雅医院进行诊治的疱疹性咽峡炎患儿122例,随机分为观察组和对照组各61例。对照组给予基础治疗联合利巴韦林喷雾剂,观察组给予基础治疗联合重组人干扰素α-2b喷雾剂。比较两组患儿临床疗效。结果观察组临床总有效率为80.3%(49/61),显著高于对照组63.9%(39/61),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组在退热时间、口腔疱疹消失时间、咽部疱疹消失时间、恢复进食时间均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗过程中,两组患儿均未发现明显不良反应。结论重组干扰素α-2b治疗疱疹性咽峡炎疗效显著,能显著改善疱疹性咽峡炎患儿的热程和疱疹消退及进食时间,且未发现不良反应,安全性良好。ObjectiveTo evaluate the efficacy and safety of recombinant human interferonα2b(IFNα2b)spray on herpangina in children,in order to provide scientific evidence for proper administration in pediatrics.MethodsA total of122children with herpangina at Hunan Children's Hospital and Xiangya Hospital were randomly assigned to two groups:the control group(n=61)treated with ribavirin and conventional therapy,and the observation group(n=61)treated with recombinant human IFNα-2b spray and conventional therapy.The clinical efficacy was evaluate.ResultsThe total clinical effective rate of the observation group was80.3%(49/61),significantly higher than the control group(63.9%,49/61).The defervescence time,oral and pharynx herpes disappearance time and the eating recovery time in observation group were significantly shorter than those in control group(P<0.05).During the treatment,there were no adverse drug reactions in both groups.ConclusionRecombinant human interferonα-2b spray has significant effect and safety,which can significantly improve the fever course of children with herpangina and shorten the herpes disappearance time and eating recovery time;there is no adverse reaction.
