摘　　要：目的对1 323例小儿脑性瘫痪(简称脑瘫)临床类型、并发症进行调查研究。方法 2013年1月至2016年10月对辽宁省3~14岁脑瘫患儿1 323例的临床分型及并发症进行调查分析。结果脑瘫类型以痉挛型为最多,其次为肌张力低下型、不随意运动型、混合型以及共济失调型。不同年龄段在临床类型分布中差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。除听力障碍并发症外,不同类型脑瘫并发症发生率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。其中混合型智力落后发生率显著高于其他类型,其次为痉挛型、共济失调型、肌张力低下型、不随意运动型;视力障碍及听力障碍发生率以共济失调型最多;语言障碍、惊厥或癫痫以及行为异常的发生率以混合型为最多。结论各临床类型中智力落后与语言落后发病率最高,临床类型与并发症存在一定内在联系。ObjectiveTo study the clinical types complications of children with cerebral palsy.MethodsFrom January2013to October2016,we investigated the clinical types and complications of1323cases of children with cerebral palsy between the ages of3and14in Liaoning province.ResultsSpastic type was the most common type of cerebral palsy,followed by low tension type,involuntary movement type,mixed type and dystaxic type.There was statistical difference in the clinical types among children at different ages(P<0.01).There was statistical difference in the incidence of complications among different types of cerebral palsy(P<0.05).Except for the complication of hearing impairment,there was statistical difference in the incidence of complications in difference types of cerebral palsy(P<0.05).The incidence of mental retardation was highest in the mixed type,and then spastic type,dystaxic type,low tension type and involuntary movement type.Visual and hearing impairment occurred most often in the dystaxic type the incidence of language disorder,convulsion or epilepsy and abnormal behavior was most common in the mixed type.ConclusionThe incidence of mental and language retardation is highest in various clinical types of cerebral palsy,and these types are internally related to complications.
