摘　　要：目的探讨不同护理方法对小儿支气管肺炎并发症的影响。方法选取我院2016年1~12月于我院儿科接受治疗的80例小儿支气管肺炎患者为例,将其分为两组。对照组患者40例,采用常规护理模式;观察组患者40例采用综合护理干预模式。比较不同护理方案下小儿支气管肺炎并发症的发生情况。结果两组患者分别采用不同的方式进行护理,观察组有2例患者出现食欲不振现象,并发症发病率为5.0%,对照组患者2例哭闹不安,2例食欲不振,2例转变为心衰,并发症的发病率为15.0%。两组患者并发症发病率差异显著;另外,两组患儿的治疗总有效率和住院时间、体温恢复正常时间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对小儿支气管肺炎患者采用不同护理方案具有不同的疗效,因此需要选择效果更好的护理方案,这样可以有效减少并发症的发生,提高治疗疗效。Objective To investigate the effects of different nursing methods on the complications of bronchial pneumonia in children.Methods80cases of children with bronchial pneumonia who were admitted to the department of pediatrics in our hospital from January to December2016were selected and divided into two groups.40patients in the control group were given routine nursing mode;40patients in the observation group were given comprehensive nursing intervention.The incidence of complications of bronchial pneumonia in children under different nursing methods were compared.Results Different nursing methods were applied in the two groups respectively.In the observation group,there were2patients with loss of appetite,with the incidence rate of complications of5.0%.In the control group,there were2patients with crying and unsettling,2cases of loss of appetite,and2cases of aggravating to heart failure,with the incidence rate of complications of15.0%.There were significant differences in the incidence of complications between the two groups.In addition,the differences in the total effective rate of treatment,length of stay and the time of body temperature resuming to normal between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The children patients with bronchial pneumonia who are given different nursing methods have different curative effects,so the nursing methods with a better effect should be selected,so as to effectively reduce the incidence of complications,and improve the therapeutic effect.
