On the Historical Function and Contemporary Value of Inclusive Development Ideology

摘　　要：当代世界面临着诸多问题和挑战,而长期居世界支配地位的西方国家却无力应对。这意味着,当前的世界需要新的发展和治理模式。共享发展,是其中的核心思想和历史选择。文章分析了共享发展思想产生的背景,形成的过程;介绍了共享发展的科学内涵和核心支撑要素,并主张以共享发展为基础,构建系统、前瞻性的政策体系,以解决国内收入差距、城乡差距的历史性问题并进一步深化对外开放。The western nations which have long been prevailing in the world system now are unable of managing the troubled situation the world is suffering,which leads to an urgent need of a new model of development and management for the world.Inclusive Development Ideology(IDI)provides an alternative.This article introduced the academic background and evolution of IDI,penetrated the core thoughts and essentials of this ideology.The authors advocated that the IDI could be a solid basis of systemic and perspective policies aiming at resolving the problems such as income and development gaps China now is suffering.By extension,the IDI could also provide principles which promote Chinas deeper opening strategy at present.
