摘　　要：政治文化因素是政治制度形成和发展的深层次原因。英国式的政治民主道路,其根本特点是各主要政治势力通过相互之间的妥协融合而建立起了具有英国特色的政治制度:君主立宪制、议会内阁制及两党制等。这背后隐藏着英国式的政治文化,体现出英国人对统一国家的文化认同、英国式的保守主义和绅士风度的国民性格。Political culture is the deep-rooted reason for the formation and development of political system.As for British democracy,mutual compromise established between each other has mainly contributed to the distinctive British political system,namely,constitutional monarchy,parliamentary cabinet and two-party system.Yet,behind this is imbued with the whole Britishstyle political culture,embodying in the unified national cultural identity of British people,British conservatism and the British gentleman's political culture.
