摘  要:为了确定不同配合间隙,以及锥形销轴与柱形销轴的承载特性差别,选取3组不同形式的耳片接头试验件进行试验研究。结果表明,在相同支持和加载条件下,普通间隙的柱形销轴耳片与锥形销轴耳片的承载能力相当。加大间隙,柱形销轴耳片的承载能力略低于普通间隙柱形销轴耳片。与工程计算的破坏载荷相比,3组耳片均有一定的保守量,满足结构承载要求。In order to determine the difference of the load bearing capacity between cylindrical pin and tapered pin in different fit clearance,three groups of different pin lug specimens are selected for the experimental study.The test results show that under the same conditions of support and loading,the load bearing capacity of cylindrical pin and tapered pin specimens in common clearance is the same,and the load bearing capacity o f cylindrical pin lug in large clearance is slightly lower than the cylindrical pin lug in common clearance.Compared with the failure load of engineering calculation,the three groups o f lugs have a certain amount of margin,which can meet the requirements of load bearing capacity of the structure.
