摘 要:为说明直接蒸发冷却系统在厦门制衣车间的经济性和可行性,本文通过DeST软件为制衣车间模拟设计传统机械制冷空调系统,通过DeST的经济性分析模块,对所模拟空调系统在空调季的能耗进行实时计算。通过与制衣车间既有湿帘降温系统进行初投资和能耗方面的比较,结果表明:湿帘降温系统在土建投入和设备投入方面均节省90%左右,维护成本节省70%以上,同时耗电量约为机械制冷空调的1/5。从而验证本文研究的制衣车间使用蒸发冷却降温系统方式较使用机械制冷空调系统方式的优势。In order to study the economy and feasibility of direct evaporation cooling system in the Xiamen garment workshop,the article designed traditional mechanical refrigeration air conditioning system for the garment workshop by DeST simulation software and computed the energy consumption of the simulated air conditioning system in the using air conditioning season real-timely through the economic analysis module of DeST Through compared the initial investment and energy consumption with the wet curtain cooling system,it is showed that the wet curtain cooling system can save about90%in the aspect of construction and equipment investment and reduce more than70%maintenance cost;At the same time,power consumption of the wet curtain cooling system is about1/5of the mechanical refrigeration air conditioning system The results verify that the garment workshop using evaporative cooling system compared with the mechanical refrigeration air conditioning system have more advantages
