摘　　要：基于北斗和多通信技术的地质调查安全服务系统是在地质调查安全生产管理保障系统的基础上,研发的一项基于北斗、无线3G、短信、互联网的多通信通道数据融合以及通信通道自适应的关键技术,它通过建立整合地质、环境、社会公共资源等信息的地质调查安全保障数据平台,可实现智能快捷且稳定可靠的野外环境安全分析、安全保障资源共享和应急救援远程调度指挥,从而进一步提高了地质调查安全保障以及应急救援能力。详细介绍了基于北斗和多通信技术地质调查安全服务系统的总体架构、系统功能以及功能实现,并对系统进行了全面测试。测试结果表明:基于北斗和多通信技术的地质调查安全服务系统运行稳定,智能终端APP、北斗终端APP、北斗个人终端和车载终端性能良好,定位和信息交互功能均可正常使用。The geological survey safety service system based on Beidou and multi communication technology makes full use of the research achievements of the safety production management guarantee system of the geological survey.The system researches the key technologies,namely multi communication channel data fusion technique and communication channel self adaption technique based on Beidou,wireless3G,SMS and internet,and establishes the geological survey safety guarantee platform which integrates geological,environmental,social and public resources.The platform can realize intelligent,fast,stable and reliable field environment safety analysis,safety guarantee resource sharing and remote emergency rescue command,which improves the security and emergency rescue capabilities of geological surveys.This paper introduces the overall design of the geological survey safety service system based on Beidou and multi communication technology in detail,the system function and function implementation.And the system has been tested comprehensively.The test results show that the geological survey safety service system running is relatively stable,and the intelligent terminal APP,Beidou terminal APP,Beidou personal terminal and vehicle terminal can basically realize the function of positioning and information interaction.
