摘  要:为有效预防和控制汽油火灾的发生,以阴离子表面活性剂、阳离子表面活性剂和非离子表面活性剂的复配混合物为原料,制备一种高效、环保的汽油火灾专用泡沫灭火剂,采用恒温水浴的方法确定了该新型泡沫灭火剂的适宜配比和用量,并通过设计试验对该新型泡沫灭火剂的灭火性能和灭火效果进行了测试与检验。结果表明:该新型泡沫灭火剂的流变性能可满足消防需要,且热化学性能和灭火性能良好,其中配方含量为3%时灭火效果最佳。In order to effectively prevent and control the occurrence of gasoline fire,this study develops a kind of high efficient and environmentally friendly foam extinguishing agent which can instantly forms foam cover and membrane cover by using cationic surfactants and anionic surfactants as membrane forming agent and nonionic surfactants as membrane forming aid.The paper introduces constant water bath method to determine the appropriate ratio and the amount of each component.The paper also applies a series of performance tests and comparative tests of extinguishing agent to study the extinguishing effect.In addition,the study also develops optimization experiment to improve the performance of fire extinguishing agent.The experiment results show that the foam extinguishing formulation not only meets the low expansion foam extinguishing agent fire performance requirements of Chinese national standard for water immiscible liquid fuel,but also has excellent extinguishing effect,and3%content is the best.
