摘　　要：本文主要介绍了一种毫米波宽带大功率行波管的研制及测试结果。已研制出样管达到指标:在频率26.5~40GHz,饱和输出功率大于150 W,增益超过25dB,总效率超过30%;批次制管满足相位一致性指标。This paper describes the design and test of a high power millimeter wave traveling wave tube with wide bandwidth.The test results show that the output power is over 150 Wfrom 26.5to 40 GHz,the gain is 36 dB and the electron efficiency is over 30%.Batch TWTs meet phase consistency index.
