摘　　要：全球心血管疾病的发病率及致死率都呈逐年上升的趋势,其中部分患者因自身免疫性疾病而发病.常见的自身免疫性疾病包括川崎病、幼年特发性关节炎、风湿热、系统性红斑狼疮、多发性肌炎/皮肌炎、抗磷脂综合症、甲状腺激素亢进症和糖尿病等.自身免疫性疾病常常累及心血管系统,基本病理基础为血管的炎症性反应,这一特征成为动脉粥样硬化、缺血性心脏病的独立危险因素.自身免疫性疾病相关的心血管损害逐步成为临床上关注的焦点.本文就自身免疫性疾病相关的心脏损害最新研究进展进行综述.The morbidity and mortality of cardiovascular diseases are increasing all over the world year by year,and some of them are caused by autoimmune diseases.Common autoimmune diseases including Kawasaki disease,juvenile idiopathic arthritis,rheumatic fever,systemic lupus erythematosus,polymyositis/dermatomyositis,antiphospholipid syndrome,hyperthyroidism and diabetes mellitus.Autoimmune diseases often involve the cardiovascular system,and the underlying pathological basis is the inflammatory response of blood vessel,which is an independent risk factor for atherosclerosis and ischemic heart disease.Cardiovascular damage associated with autoimmune diseases has gradually become the focus of clinical attention.In this paper,the latest research progress of autoimmune diseases related to heart damage is reviewed.
