回收式自体输血在体外循环下冠状动脉旁路移植术中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的:观察回收式自体输血在体外循环下冠状动脉旁路移植术中的应用效果。方法:选择完成初次体外循环下冠状动脉旁路移植术的病人100例,随机分为试验组(血液回收组)和对照组(不使用血液回收机组),各50例。检测并对比两组用悬浮红细胞和血浆的数量、术后24h的引流量、术前和术后24h的红细胞计数、血红蛋白浓度、红细胞压积、血小板计数。结果:试验组用悬浮红细胞和血浆的量明显少于对照组,两组术后24h引流量、术前和术后24h的红细胞计数、血红蛋白、红细胞压积、血小板计数之间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。所有患者凝血功能、肝肾功能无明显异常。结论:术中回收式自体输血应用于体外循环下冠状动脉旁路移植术患者,节约了大量库存血,安全有效。Objective:To observe the influence of autologous blood receiving on erythroeyte and platelet in ON-pump coronary artery bypass grafting.M ethods:100patients who underwent ON-pump coronary artery bypass grafting were enrolled in autologo-us blood receiving group and control group randomly,50persons each group.V olume of transfused erythrocytes?blood plasma and postoperative blood loss(within24hours after operation)were compared.Samples were taken for the determination of erythrocyte count,hemoglobin,hemotocrite?platelet count and after operation24hours.Results:Volume of transfused erythroeytes and blood plasma in autologous blood receiving group were fewer than control group(P<C〇.05).No significant differences between the two groups were discovered on postoperative blood loss,erythrocyte count,hemoglobin,hemotocrite,platelet count.Conclusion:Autologous blood receiving can reduce quantity of blood transfusion in ON-pump coronary artery bypass grafting.It has no adverse effect on erythroeyte,platelet.
