摘  要:阐述醋酸稀土研究现状和制备方法,主要介绍二步法制备醋酸稀土的工艺流程,并对结晶母液处理方法的优劣进行分析.针对醋酸稀土现有制备工艺存在的工艺复杂、杂质含量不稳定、产品均一性不佳、能耗大、成本高以及结晶母液处理工艺复杂等问题,提出一步法直接制备醋酸稀土的新工艺思路,拟实现整个制备工艺过程连续闭路式运行和零排放.To elaborate the research status and preparation methods of rare earth acetate,this paper mainly introduces the preparation process of rare earth acetate by using two-step method,and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of crystallization mother liquor processing method.In view of the existing problems in the pre paration of rare earth acetate,such as complex technique,unstable content of impurities,poor product homogeneity,large energy consumption,high cost and complex processing techniques of crystallization mother liquor,this paper puts forward the new technology,that is,to directly prepare rare earth acetate crystal with one step,which can realize the closed-circuit run and zero emissions in the whole process of preparation technology.
