摘 要:目的目的统计分析某部2006-2015年10年间呼吸道传染病的发病情况,为进一步做好预防控制工作提供参考。方法数据来源于中国人民解放军突发公共卫生事件和传染病疫情报告信息系统,使用Excel、SPSS 18.0软件对数据进行统计分析。结果 2006-2015年某部呼吸道传染病总体发病率为8.26‰;肺结核和水痘位居所有呼吸道传染病总体发病率的前两位;2008年呼吸道传染病发病率为10年来最高,12月-次年4月的冬春季为呼吸道传染病的高发季节;男性占报告总数的96.46%,战士和学员占报告总数的79.12%。结论针对呼吸道传染病发病率上升的趋势,应加强预防宣教、疫情监督、疾病控制工作。Objective To investigate the incidence of respiratory infectious diseases in a military unit between2006and2015in order to provide data for effective disease prevention and control.Methods Data was collected from the Information Reporting System for Public Health Emergency and Infectious Diseases of Chinese People's Liberation Army.Excel and SPSS18.0software were used to analyze the data.Results The total incidence of respiratory infectious diseases in this military unit was8.26‰between2006and2015.Pulmonary tuberculosis and chicken pox were the top two frequently diagnosed respiratory infectious diseases,respectively.The incidence rate in2008was the highest over these ten years.Diseases mostly occurred between December and April,known as the winter and spring seasons in China.Males accounted for96.46%of the cases,and79.12%of the cases were soldiers and cadets.Conclusion Prevention education,disease surveillance and control measures are required to curb the increase of respiratory infectious diseases.
