摘　　要：目的探讨新兵首次强负荷训练心脏传导阻滞发生情况。方法 300例入伍1个月的男性新兵,按照1∶1随机分为强化训练组和常规训练组,各150例。强化训练组当日晨起后越野跑5 km,时间控制在20~25 min。常规训练组仅参加日常一般队列训练。2组分别于训练前、训练后0.5 h和24 h记录常规12导联体表心电图,对比分析2组新兵训练前后心电图的变化。结果强化训练组训练后0.5 h和训练后24 h房室传导阻滞(Ⅰ度和Ⅱ度Ⅰ型)发生率(8.67%和5.33%)均明显高于常规训练组(2.00%和0.67%)(P<0.05);训练后0.5 h和24 h右束支传导阻滞发生率(3.33%和1.33%)也明显高于常规训练组(2.00%和0.67%)(P<0.01)。结论新兵首次5 km越野跑可增加心脏传导阻滞的发生。Objective To explore the incidence of atrioventricular block after5km cross-country running training among military recruits.Methods A total of300male recruits who had served in the army for only one month were randomly and equqlly divided into the intensity training group(cross-country running for5km within20to25min in the morning)and routine training group(subjected to daily general formation drill only).Both groups received routine12-lead surface ECG before and0.5h,24h after training.The incidence of atrioventricular block was compared and analyzed between the two groups before and after training.Results Compared with the routine group,there was a significant increase in the incidence rate of atrioventricular block and right bundle-branch block in the intensive training group0.5h and24h after training,P<0.05or P<0.01.In addition,the incidence of right bundle-branch block was significantly increased in the intensive training group0.5h and24h after training,P<0.05or P<0.01.Conclusion The incidence of atrioventricular block can increase in new recruits after the first5km cross-country running.
