摘 要:目的探讨西吡氯铵含片对野外高强度作训官兵口腔健康状况的影响。方法纳入参加高强度野外作训官兵300名,完全随机双盲法分为两组,对照组给予安慰剂,实验组使用西吡氯铵含片。调查员分别于驻训展开之初及驻训即将结束时,赴驻训地点,进行第一次与第二次口腔健康检查。纵向比较驻训前后调查对象口腔健康检查结果,并以对照组与实验组驻训前后的典型指标的等级差值作为观察对象,横向比较西吡氯铵含片对驻训官兵口腔健康状况影响。结果符合纳入标准279人,其中对照组145人,实验组134人。驻训后对照组官兵口腔溃疡患病情况和龈沟出血情况呈明显上升,菌斑指数呈明显增加。实验组驻训前后的龈沟出血等级差值均显著低于对照组,实验组驻训前后的平均菌斑指数差值显著低于对照组。结论西吡氯铵含片对驻训官兵的龈沟出血和菌斑指数等指标增大情况有改善作用。Objective To investigate the effect of cetylpyridinium chloride buccal tablets on oral health of officers and soldiers during high-intensity field training.Methods A total of279officers and soldiers subjected to high intensity field training were recruited in this study,who were divided into the control group and the experimental group by the random and double blind method.The control group was treated with placebo while the experimental group was treated with cetylpyridinium chloride buccal tablets.An oral health examination was conducted among these troops at the begining and at the end of field training respectively.Examination results were longitudinally compared before and after the field training,and rank difference values of typical indexes in both groups during high intensity field training were used as targets of observation.The effect of cetylpyridinium chloride buccal tablets on oral health status of these troops was horizontally compared.Results A total of279officers and soldiers met the inclusion criteria,including145officers and soldiers in the control group and134ones in the experimental group.After training,the incidence rates of oral ulcer and gingival crevice bleeding in the control group were significantly increased,so were the values of plaque indexes.Before and after training,,rank difference values of gingival crevice bleeding and values of average plaque indexes in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group.Conclusion Cetylpyridinium chloride buccal tablets may improve index augmentation such as gingival crevice bleeding and plaque indexes of officers and soldiers during high-intensity field training.
