2015年某团卫生队门诊及后送病例统计分析

摘　　要：目的了解基层官兵的疾病谱,为维护官兵健康、合理配置卫生资源、提高卫勤战备水平提供科学依据。方法采取回顾性调查研究,对某团卫生队2015年门诊及后送病例进行统计分析。结果门诊就诊1216例次,系统疾病的构成主要为呼吸系统疾病、消化系统疾病、外伤性疾病、皮肤和皮下组织疾病;排名前3位的病种依次为上呼吸道感染、软组织损伤、皮炎。1216例病例中后送151例,占12.42%,其系统疾病构成中前3位分别为外伤性疾病、消化系统疾病、呼吸系统疾病;后送病例中收住入院的有76例,入院率50.33%。结论明确了门诊疾病及后送病例中的主要疾病构成,可为基层部队做好疾病预防提供依据。Objective To find out about the disease spectrum of troops at the grass-roots level and provide data for maintaining their health,rationally allocating health resources and improving the level of combat readiness in military medical services.Methods Data on outpatients and evacuated cases in a medical team of a regiment in2015was retrospectively and statistically analyzed.Results There were1216cases of outpatients in2015,and system diseases were mostly respiratory system diseases,digestive system diseases,traumatic diseases,skin and subcutaneous tissue diseases.Among the ten types of diseases of high incidence,the top three were respectively upper respiratory tract infections,soft tissue injury and dermatitis.There were151evacuated cases among the1216outpatients,accounting for12.42%,and the top three system diseases that required evacuation were traumatic diseases,digestive system diseases,and respiratory system diseases.Also,there were76cases of hospitalization among the151evacuated cases,resulting in an admission rate of50.33%.Conclusion The main diseases afflicting outpatients and evacuated cases at the grass-roots level include respiratory system diseases and traumatic diseases.This finding can facilitate disease prevention in these units.
