中外军队心理健康维护现状比较分析与启示

摘　　要：心理健康是军事心理学研究的重要主题之一。本研究对外军与我军心理健康维护的现状进行比较分析,其主要集中在:战前军人心理评估及训练的防御、战中军人心理干预以及战后军人心理治疗。我军在未来心理健康研究中应在:研究进程上,注重心理健康防护与作战周期协调一致;研究方法上,加强多种方法的综合应用;研究对象上,强调多元化取向;研究模式上,力成系统化。The research of mental health is a focus of military psychology.This comparative analysis is mainly concerned with:(1)Assessment of mental health during the pre-deployment phase.(2)Intervention with mental health during the deployment phase.(3)Restoration of mental health during the post-deployment phase.Future studies should be focused on the correspondence between mental health support and deployment life-cycle in the course of research,the integrated application of different approaches,diversification of areas of research,and on systematic models.
