摘　　要：彩色压型钢板因其具有轻质、高强、造型灵活、工厂化程度高及施工快捷便利、可再生绿色环保等优点,越来越广泛地应用于工业厂房和公共建筑的屋面上。但彩板屋面往往容易出现渗漏现象。从彩钢板屋面的防排水特点、材料选取、细部节点设计、施工及后期维护方面,对其常见渗漏原因进行了分析,并提出了相应的防水措施。Because of its lightweight,high strength,flexible modeling and high degree of factory and construction convenience,renewable green,color profiled steel sheet is more and more widely used for the roof of industrial and public buildings. But the roof of color sheet is prone to leakage. From the characteristics of waterproof and drainage,the selection of materials,the design of detail joints,construction and maintenance,the causes of common leakage are analyzed,and the corresponding waterproof measures are put forward for color profiled steel sheet roof.
