新型城镇化背景下“多规合一”的实践探索:以都匀市为例

摘　　要：贵州省开展"多规合一"是全面推进山地特色新型城镇化建设,探索优化和完善县(市)规划体系,推动城乡发展一体化、转变发展方式,推进规划体制改革的重要举措。基于新型城镇化战略视角,以都匀市为例,分析县域"多规合一"实施中存在的差异与突出问题,提出建议与措施,以提高县域"多规合一"工作的可操作性,推进"多规合一"的实施,促进县域经济社会全面协调可持续发展。Developing multiple planning integration is important measures for Guizhou Province,which could promote new-type urbanization construction with mountainous features and optimize the county planning system,drive integration of urban and rural development and change the development mode.Based on the new-type urbanization strategy,the authors analyzed the differences and problems of multiple planning integration in county area taking Duyun City as a case,and offered proposals and measures to improve the operability of multiple planning integration in the county area,promote the implementation of multiple planning integration,and advance the sustainable development of the economy and society in county area.
