摘 要:为提高棉花水分利用率和培育抗旱高产品种,以补偿生长存在显著差异的6个棉花品系为材料进行蕾期不浇水干旱胁迫处理,以正常浇水为对照。胁迫期间调查各品系形态学指标,记录生育期,吐絮期计算补偿生长效应,统计单株铃数。结果表明:蕾期干旱胁迫缩短棉花生育期,降低株高、茎粗和纤维长度,提高叶片SPAD值。经相关性分析,棉花补偿生长效应与单株铃数和生育期成极显著负相关,相关系数为-0.91和-0.90,与单铃重成显著负相关,相关系数为-0.81,说明品系补偿生长效应越强,其生育期越短,单株铃数越少,单铃重越低。In order to improve cotton water use efficiency and cotton breeding for drought resistance and high yield,six cotton lines which have significant difference in compensatory growth were taken as material in this experiment,the treatment was not poured the first water in bud stage,normal watering as control.Morphological indexes of each strain were investigated during stress,record growth period,compensatory growth were measured and boll number per plant was counted in boll opening stage.Results:Drought stress shortened growth period,reduced plant height,stem diameter and fiber length,increased leaf SPAD value of cotton.The correlation analysis showed that the compensatory growth had extremely significant negative correlation with boll number per plant and growth period,the correlation coefficients were respectively-0.91 and-0.90,and the compensatory growth had significant negative correlation with single boll weight,the correlation coefficient was-0.81.The results showed that the strain which gets stronger compensatory growth had the shorter growth period,the smaller amount of boll per plant,and the lower weight of single boll.
