摘 要:为冬马铃薯的高产优质生产提供参考,以合作88马铃薯品种为试验材料,采用田间试验研究复混肥、高钾水溶肥和单质肥料不同施用量对马铃薯蛋白质、可溶性糖、VC及淀粉含量的影响。结果表明:1)各施肥处理的马铃薯蛋白质含量均高于对照,并以播种时施50kg/667m^2复混肥作基肥的马铃薯蛋白质含量最高,为0.513 9%;施57kg/667m^2复混肥其次,为0.496 1%;不施肥(CK)处理最低,为0.332 6%。2)在齐苗时施18.2kg/667m^2高钾水溶肥作追肥的马铃薯可溶性糖含量最高,为0.258%;播种时施43kg/667m^2复混肥作基肥的马铃薯可溶性糖含量最低,且低于对照,为0.140%。3)在齐苗时施57kg/667m^2高钾水溶肥作追肥的马铃薯Vc含量最高,为17.88μg/100g;施16.0kg/667m^2高钾水溶肥其次,为17.18μg/100g;施13.8kg/667m^2高钾水溶肥第3,为16.20μg/100g;CK最低,为11.80μg/100g。4)在齐苗时施18.2kg/667m^2高钾水溶肥作追肥的马铃薯淀粉含量最高,为13.6%;施16.0kg/667m^2高钾水溶肥其次,为12.89%;施13.8kg/667m^2高钾水溶肥第3,为12.71%;CK最低,为9.68%。各施肥处理的马铃薯蛋白质含量、VC含量和淀粉含量均高于对照。The effects of mixed compound fertilizer,high potassium water-soluble fertilizer and single fertilizer with different application rate on protein,soluble sugar,VCand starch content of Hezuo 88(a potato variety)are studied by a field test to provide a reference for quality production of winter potato.Results:1)The protein content of Hezuo 88 under different fertilizer application treatments all is higher than CK.The protein content of Hezuo 88 is 0.513 9%(the highest)when 50 kg/667 m^2 mixed compound fertilizer is used as the base fertilizer and the protein content of Hezuo 88 is o.496 1% when 57 kg/667 m^2 mixed compound fertilizer is used as the base fertilizer.The protein content of CK(no fertilizing)is 0.332 6%(the lowest).2)The soluble sugar content of Hezuo 88 applied with 18.2 kg/667 m^2 of high potassium water-soluble fertilizer at full seedling stage is 0.258%(the highest).The soluble sugar content of Hezuo 88 is 0.140%(the lowest)when 43 kg/667 m^2 of mixed compound fertilizer is used as the base fertilizer.3)The VCcontent of potatoes applied with 57 kg/667 m^2,,16.0 kg/667 m^2,13.8 kg/667 m^2 of high potassium water-soluble fertilizer at full seedling stage and CK is 17.88μg/100 g,17.18μg/100 g,16.0μg/100 g and 11.80μg/100 g respectively.4)The starch content of Hezuo 88 applied with 18.2 kg/667 m^2,16.0 kg/667 m^2,13.8 kg/667 m^2 of high potassium water-soluble fertilizer at full seedling stage and CK is 13.6%,12.89%,12.71% and 9.68% separately.In conclusion,the protein,VC,and starch content in Hezuo 88 under different fertilizer application treatments is higher than CK.
