摘 要:为改善阿哈水库水质状况,2016年对贵阳市阿哈水库的浮游生物量现状进行调查,选择鲢鳙鱼对水体进行生物治理,并根据其生物量估算鲢鳙鱼的投放量及渔产潜力。结果表明:浮游动植物生物量分别为1.731 1mg/L和2.251 1mg/L,浮游动物主要是枝角类、桡足类、轮虫。根据浮游生物量估算鲢、鳙鱼渔产潜力分别为69.24kg/hm^2和270.13kg/hm^2。综合阿哈水库浮游生物量、渔产潜力状况及外源营养的影响,在每年开展投放鲢、鳙鱼进行生物治理时,建议投放鲢鱼37 390kg,投放密度约为0.70g/m^3,鳙鱼121 559kg,投放密度约为2.30g/m^3,投放比例为1∶3。In order to improve water quality in Aha Reservoir,an investigation was conducted on the current situation of plankton biomass in 2016,a biological treatment was conducted on Aha Reservoir with silver carp and bighead carp,the input volume and fish production of which were estimated according to the biomass. Results: The biomass of phytoplankton and zooplankton were 1.731 1 mg/L and 2.251 1 mg/L,respectively.The zooplankton included Cladocera,Copepoda and Rotifera.The productive potential of silver carp and bighead carp in Aha Reservoir were 69.2 kg/hm^2 and 270.1 kg/hm^2 separately.In conclusion,according to the plankton biomass,potential fishery productivity and influence of exogenous nutrition,the input volume of silver carp and bighead carp is respectively 37 390 kg(0.70 g/m^3)and 121 559 kg(2.30 g/m^3),the ratio of which is 1∶3.
