欠发达地区农业信息化调查:以云南省玉溪市为例

摘　　要：为我国西部欠发达地区农业信息化建设提供参考,以云南省玉溪市为对象,深入分析以玉溪市为代表的西部欠发达地区农业信息化建设中的信息服务模式、服务渠道及农民对信息服务需求等特点。结果表明:农民亟需的信息包括农产品价格、国家的各种补贴和新技术等;农民获取信息的主要渠道为传统媒体;受教育水平和经济能力的限制,对先进信息的接受能力还有待提高。在农村信息化发展中,存在基础建设不足、信息网络体系不健全等问题,并针对存在的问题提出相应发展对策。The information service mode,service channel and farmers' demand to information service in Yuxi City, Yunnan Province are analyzed to provide a reference for advancing agricultural informatization construction in western underdeveloped regions.Result:The urgent information for farmers includes price of agricultural products,various subsidies and new technology from the state.The main channel for farmers to obtain information is the traditional media.The advanced information receptivity of farmers should be raised due to restrictions of their education level and economic capacity.There exist the problems of insufficient infrastructure and imperfect information network system during rural informatization development.The corresponding countermeasures are proposed to promote rural informatization development either.
