摘　　要：构建一种"四位一体"人才培养模式.模式依据社会体育指导与管理专业自身特点和社会对健身指导人员的需求,针对社会体育指导与管理专业学生,实现科学健身理论教学、科学实验与实践教学、培养学生运动技能和提高学生现代信息技术应用水平为一体的人才培养模式.教学实践表明,此培养模式适应社会健身发展需求,体现"体医融合"的理念,可满足社会对健身指导人员的质量需求.Constructing a"Four in one"talent training model.According to the characteristics of social sports guidance and management specialty and the demand of fitness guidance staff for social sports guidance,it is necessary to realize the scientific fitness theory teaching,scientifically guide experiment and practice teaching,train students'sports skills and improve students modern information technology application level as one of the personnel training mode.Teaching practice shows that this training model to adapt to the needs of social fitness development,reflecting the"integration of medical technology,"the concept of social fitness to meet the quality of staff needs.
