摘 要:针对炮口速度外测法的装置不易携带、价格过高、操作复杂、对外部环境有严格的要求以及采用外测法时,现场布置的大量缆线对测试过程造成干扰等问题,提出了基于弹底压力的炮口速度结算方法。该方法利用放入式电子测压器测得火炮发射时的膛底压力曲线,依据膛底压力与弹底压力的关系,推算出弹底压力,并对其进行积分以得到弹丸的炮口速度。试验数据分析表明,该方法可实现对炮口速度的解算,且解算速度与外测法测得的结果基本一致,保证精度的同时,实现准确、方便的测量弹丸的炮口速度。Aiming at the problems that the devices of muzzle velocity external measurement method are not easy to carry、the price is too high、operate intricately have strict requirements to external environment and when the lateral method is adopted,a large number of cable decorated in worksite caused interference to the testing process.This paper proposed the muzzle velocity resolving method based on projectile bottom pressure.The method used internal electronic piezo gauge to measure breech curve,calculated projectile bottom pressure with the relationship between the breech pressure and projectile bottom pressure and obtain muzzle velocity by using integration.Experimental data analysis showed that the method could realize the calculation of muzzle velocity which identified with the result of lateral method,guarantee the accuracy and measure the muzzle velocity precisely and conveniently.
