摘　　要：智慧图书馆是继复合图书馆、数字图书馆之后,图书馆发展的一个更高阶段。阐述了"互联网+"新思维下智慧图书馆的基本特征和对智慧图书馆建设的作用,进行了智慧图书馆的基本模型设计。Smart library is a more advanced stage of library development after compound library and digital library.This paper expounds the basic features of smart library and the function of the construction of smart library under the new thinking of'Internet plus',and carries out the basic model design of smart library.
