摘　　要：目的观察负压封闭引流术(VSD)治疗一期缝合伤口的临床效果。方法以2014年8月—2016年12月海南省乐东县第二人民医院创伤骨科收治的68例一期缝合的污染伤口患者为观察对象,按照随机数字表法随机分为治疗组(34例)与对照组(34例)。治疗组患者伤口采用VSD治疗,对照组患者伤口采用常规换药治疗,对比两组患者在术后伤口感染率、住院天数、伤口愈合等级方面的差异。结果治疗组术后伤口感染率明显低于对照组(P=0.040),住院天数明显低于对照组(P<0.05),愈合等级明显高于对照组(P=0.003),差异具有统计学意义。结论 VSD治疗一期缝合伤口与常规换药相比,明显降低了伤口感染率,缩短了愈合时间,减少了住院天数,提高了伤口愈合等级,在临床上具有使用价值。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of vacuum sealing drainage in the treatment of primary closure wounds. Methods Sixty-eight patients with primary closure contaminated wounds treated at Department of Traumatic Orthopedics of The Second People's Hospital of Hainan province Ledong County from August 2014 to December 2016 were divided into a treatment group(34 cases)and a control group(34 cases)by using random number table method.The treatment group was given the treatment of vacuum sealing drainage(VSD),and the control group was given conventional wound dressing change.Then the differences in postoperative wound infection rate,hospital duration as well as the wound healing grades were compared between the two groups. Results In the treatment group,the rate of postoperative wound infection was lower than that of the control group(P =0.040),and the hospital duration of treatment group was lower than that of the control group(P <0.05),and the wound healing grade of treatment group was obviously superior to control group(P =0.003),the differences had statistical significance. Conclusion Compared with conventional wound dressing change,VSD has significant advantages of decreasing the rate of wound infection and shortening the healing time evidently and decreasing hospital duration as well as improving healing grade,which has clinical value of application.
