超声内镜在门脉高压所致食管胃底静脉曲张中的应用

摘　　要：超声内镜(EUS)可以观察消化道管壁和管周的情况,可全面评估门脉高压侧支循环情况,因此EUS在食管胃底静脉曲张的诊断和治疗中具有独特优势,提高了食管胃底静脉曲张治疗的安全性和有效性。近几年EUS诊治门静脉高压症已成为研究的热点。因此本文就超声内镜在门脉高压所致食管胃底静脉曲张中的应用进行综述。Endoscopic ultrasonography(EUS)can observe and provide detailed information about the digestive tract wall and the surrounding tissue and organs.It can comprehensively evaluate the collateral circulation in patients with portal hypertension.And it has a unique advantage in the diagnosis and treatment of esophageal and gastric fundus varices.EUS can improve the safety and efficacy in the treatment of esophageal and gastric fundus varices.In recent years,EUS for diagnosis and treatment of portal hypertension has become a research hot topic.Therefore,this paper summarizes the application of endoscopic ultrasonography in the esophageal and gastric fundus varices caused by portal hypertension.
