摘　　要：保障性住房在建成使用后,随着时间的推移,居住人数会发生变化,对保障性住房套内空间配置就会有新的要求。文章主要对提高住房套内空间布局灵活性、适应性等进行研究,分析了住宅的套内空间配置设计,总结出保障性住房提高空间利用率的技术实现措施,促进保障房带来更大的社会效益和经济效益。After the completion of the use of affordable housing,As time goes on,The number of people living will change,there will be new requirements for the layout of affordable housing This article mainly conducts the research to improve the sustainable development of housing layout flexibility and adaptability of space,analysis of the design of residential space allocation,The technical measures to improve the space utilization ratio of indemnificatory housing are summarized,to bring greater economic and social benefits
