摘 要:以粳稻品种‘日本晴’的野生型和基因突变体ET-M为材料,进行水培试验,研究其在不同浓度Cd^(2+)胁迫下体内镉积累水平,并比较两种水稻体内的抗氧化酶活性以及两种有机质的含量。结果表明:突变体ET-M相比野生型,其根部和叶片吸收的镉含量都较低,在镉胁迫一定时间后,根部的超氧化物歧化酶和过氧化氢酶活性也相对较低。By the hydroponic experiment,the wild type of Nipponbare cultivar(Oryza sativa,japonica group)and its gene mutant ET-M were detected about their cadmium(Cd)accumulation level after a period of Cd stress,then the activities of antioxidases,as well as the contents of two organic matters were investigated and contrasted the difference between them.The results showed that Cd accumulation in either root or leaf of ET-M was lower than that in the wild type Nipponbare,meanwhile,the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and catalase(CAT)were also lower in the former than the latter under Cd stress.
