摘 要:为提高玉米育种效率,发挥东北春玉米区玉米种质资源的生产潜力,以13份外引玉米自交系为基础材料,采用不完全双列杂交(NCII 6×7)设计组配42份杂交组合,通过分析其产量及主要农艺性状、亲本的一般配合力效应和组合的特殊配合力效应等研究13份外引玉米自交系的产量性状配合力。结果表明:产量性状变异系数以秃尖长最大,为56.51%,其余均较小,为6.31%~13.62%;综合各性状一般配合力分析,自交系Y_5、Y_(12)和Y_(13)较优,但个别性状需要重点改良或选择性应用。各性状广义遗传力为30%~82%,狭义遗传力为16%~69%,穗行数的遗传力最高,穗粗的遗传力最低。The combining ability yield traits of13introduced maize inbred lines is studied by analyzing general combining ability and special combining ability of yield,main agronomic traits and parents of42hybridized combinations based on an incomplete diallel cross design(NCII6×7)to improve maize breeding efficiency and give play to production potential of maize germplasm resources in Spring maize cultivation area of northeast China.Results:The variance coefficient of bare tip length is up to56.51%and the highest among all yield traits.The variance coefficient of other yield traits is6.31%~13.62%.The general combining ability of yield traits of Y5,Y12and Y13inbred lines is better than other inbred lines but their specific traits should be improved or applied selectively.The broad and narrow heritability of different yield traits is30%~82%and16%~69%respectively.The heritability of row number/ear and ear diameter is the highest and lowest separately.
